Grilled Peach Smoothie, serves one
One peach, grilled
2 cups greek frozen yogurt
1/3 cup milk or almond milk
2 tablespoon honey
To grill peaches, cut them in half, remove seeds, use sticks if you can (for easy flipping), brush a little canola oil and sprinkle them with brown sugar. Grill them for about 2 minutes on each side.
To make the smoothie- combine all ingredients in a blender and blend! Don’t forget you can freeze your grilled peaches to use in the future as well. Enjoy!
